It allows you to use an app to pay for your laundry loads and  the app will even notifiy you when your clothes are done.  Folding tables. large screen TVs, cozy corner for sitting and reading inside while you are waiting on  your laundry. Or enjoy the new outside deck with fire pit.  Also, as an added convenience there is a pet wash outside the laundry facility.
